Dont Buy Flat. As mentioned the building is in Miraroad and not Dahisar. The prices are very high compare to the price for miraroad projects. The quality of MICL Aaradhya high Park is also normal. Doors not fitted well, The flooring tiles are also not in level, They have communicated for providing parking mandatorily for 2Bhk but when we saw the actual agreement, they have not given us the parking. More importantly they have communicated , it is going to be full Hindu society building but after getting up the possession it was Cosmo croud. Also, they promised for giving parking but when you receive agreement for registration there was no parking included. When we object, thn they refused of giving parking. They have mentioned of providing Gas line, but you can visit site and check there is no gas pipeline fitted. Then how and when they will provide it? Dont fall seek into this project as it is only a TRAP of marketing strategy. The price should also be as per Miraroad based on the quality they provide. Most of the flat doors/staircase frames are getting broken. Tiles/marble frames are hollow, where you will heard sound. Also now in rainy season you will see such water leakages. I am adding video of basement. But trust the people leaving on terrace flats have water leakages on newly constructed building. Lift problems too. They didnt allow people to visit inside the building during construction or even afyer completion. You get visit only during handover.
